Caveat that I’ve only brewed it as an iced pour over, so it might be different hot, but Raro Nansebo has been unique naturally processed coffee in that it has brighter fruit notes more akin to a washed process. The fragrance and aroma are also consistent with washed African coffees, and have strong fruit notes, but instead of the usual blueberry, jammy notes, they’re brighter. Overall, a really good coffee, and a fun natural, but not what you’d expect. This would be a really fun side by side with the washed process.
