Smooth, not too overpowering flavor. Goes really well with a little flavored creamer. Not too acidic or caffeinated.

Give it a try!
I’ve been looking for new beans to try from a local roasters and this one had peaked my interest for a while. Finally decided to order it — so good! Tastes great as espresso, especially in iced americano or espresso tonic now that the weather is heating up.

It’s delightful! So smooth, no bitterness. A lovely easy drinking cup. Will reorder.

Tart not Sour
Loving brewing this as a pour over. Today I did a Chemex brew, approx 900g yield in under 10m and I enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee. It really jazzed me up through the day, too. Cherry notes really shine. Grind coarse enough to allow the sweetness to be smooth and not hunkered down by the richness of the bean. Another great roast. No wrong way to brew beans from Portrait.
I love the coffee. It is smooth and not too bold. The founders blend is one that I would give away for Christmas. I also love the automated reorder system. I will always buy this coffee.
