This coffee is the latest Development Lot by Unblended Coffee, a collaboration lot that is a risk-free avenue to develop the profiles of young coffee producers. This is one of those coffees that creates more purpose and fosters collaborations between producers, consumers, and roasters like ourselves.
Incredible coffee, with a complexity that changes in wonderful ways with your brew method to always keep things fresh. Try it with a coarser grind, cooler water, etc. to mix up the flavors this coffee can produce.

I'm reordering this coffee! Triple Double is delicious. I usually don't prefer fruity coffees, but this one is a keeper. The strawberry notes are so distinct and contribute to an enjoyable cuppa.
