Got this subscription for my mom for Mother’s Day. She loved it and we love Portrait!
Gift - Coffee Club Subscription
I have an email thread but no one has replied to it recently so I will copy and paste it here
I see that my 3rd month was not delivered and this time it said the address doesn’t exist so I checked and it’s not the correct address.
It says Avenue and it should be street.
Not sure where the mistake happened, but can you either confirm the address change and send me 3 months worth of coffee, or cancel and refund this subscription that was gifted to me?
Portrait Coffee is amazing to begin with! I forgot to put a special instruction in the comment section of my purchase and I was able to email them and get the issue fixed. Very obliging!
however, i'd love to get additional information about the bean/region/people and Portrait's recommendation on brew method for the particular bean.
