The El Puente processing facility, located in Fundador township, Palestina, Huila, Colombia, serves as a vital link between local smallholder producers and the global specialty coffee market. "El Puente," meaning "the bridge," symbolizes this connection. The facility collaborates with approximately 240 coffee-producing families from the Palestina, Pitalito, and San Adolfo municipalities, providing essential post-harvest infrastructure and support.

I received this Colombia coffee with my Baldwin Coffee Club subscription (which I highly recommend). I don’t usually enjoy coffees from this region as much as I prefer brighter note coffee vs savory notes. This coffee blew me away! It actually smells like chocolate covered strawberries and it tastes absolutely wonderful!

This is so good! Strawberry notes are the strongest when you open the bag and gives the vibe of a light roast. But the taste is a rich medium with the fig & chocolate notes blending perfectly. Hot or iced, both are amazing.
