About the Producer: A wonderful small producer lot from the Fugi washing station in the Ruhango District of Rwanda. This clean coffee highlights the very best of what East Africa has to offer in a refreshing profile of watermelon & dried kiwi. This coffee comes from Baho Coffee & Sundog Trading, one of Portrait's very first sourcing partners!
Was a tiny bit underwhelmed on the first brew, but on the next brew I gave it a bit smaller grind on my hand grinder, and brew about 1:18 ratio, and the watermelon came through! Pretty dang tasty.
