ETHIOPIA YABITU KOBA - WS
We’re thrilled to introduce Yabitu Koba #3, a classic tea-like washed Ethiopian that showcases the very best of Guji. Grown at 2,316 m, these landrace beans are meticulously washed, fermented for 48–60 hours, then gently sun-dried on raised beds to preserve crystal-clear clarity and delicate nuances. In the cup, you’ll find bright mandarin sweetness, subtle jasmine florals, and vibrant raspberry, all balanced by a smooth, tea-like body that pays homage to Ethiopia’s storied coffee heritage.
