The Home Bar Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. The Home Bar Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Portrait Coffee LLC, 1065 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd, Suite 100, Atlanta, GA 30310 ("Sponsor"). Breville is not a sponsor of, and does not administer or endorse, the Promotion; the Breville name is used only to identify the prize. The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Employees, owners, and contractors of Sponsor, and the immediate family and household members of each, are not eligible. Void outside the eligible territory and where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period. Begins Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time and ends Monday, November 16, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter. Each person may enter once by either method below. Only one initial entry per person regardless of method.

(a) Online. Visit portrait-coffee-llc.myklpages.com/l/T3vAMQ (also linked from portrait.coffee and @portraitcoffee) and submit the entry form with a valid email address. Marketing consent is not required to enter or win.

(b) Mail-in. Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3" × 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: The Home Bar Giveaway, Portrait Coffee LLC, 1065 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd, Suite 100, Atlanta, GA 30310. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 16, 2026 and received by November 23, 2026. Limit one mail-in entry per person; mechanically reproduced entries are void.

5. Bonus Entries. After submitting an initial entry, an entrant may earn up to two (2) bonus entries: one (1) for opting in to SMS messages from Sponsor on the entry form, and one (1) for sharing the Promotion to an Instagram story tagging @portraitcoffee and sending Sponsor a direct message confirming the share. Bonus entries are not available by mail. Maximum of three (3) total entries per person. Sponsor may verify any bonus entry and disqualify entries it determines in its sole discretion to be fraudulent or non-compliant. Opting in to SMS or marketing email is not required to enter or win and does not improve odds beyond the single bonus entry stated here.

6. Prize. One (1) Grand Prize consisting of: one Breville Barista Express Impress espresso machine (ARV $899.95); one 310 g bag of ATLiens Coffee (ARV $25.00); one 310 g bag of Stankonia Coffee (ARV $25.00); one ATLiens Travel Tumbler (ARV $40.00); and one copy of OutKast ATLiens on vinyl (ARV $40.00). Total approximate retail value: $1,029.95. Prize is awarded as-is, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Any difference between stated and actual value will not be awarded. Sponsor ships the prize to a U.S. address only. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes; Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 if required.

7. Winner Selection. One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, conducted by Sponsor on or about November 17, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification and Verification. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within two (2) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of the notification. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) publicity release, and to provide proof of identity, age, and residence, within seven (7) business days of receipt. If a potential winner does not respond in time, cannot be reached, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to return required documents, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will make up to two (2) alternate selections, after which the prize may go unawarded.

9. Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, city and state, likeness, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, notice, or approval.

10. Privacy. Information collected is used to administer the Promotion and, where the entrant has opted in, for Sponsor's marketing communications, in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at portrait.coffee/policies/privacy-policy. Information may be shared with service providers (including Klaviyo and Shopify) as needed to run the Promotion. Information is not shared with Breville.

11. General Conditions. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, acting in violation of these Rules, or acting in a disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity, and in such case to award the prize from among eligible entries received before the action was taken. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability. By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective parents, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt, use, or misuse of the prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or garbled entries; technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; or human error. The Released Parties make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the prize; the espresso machine is covered only by the manufacturer's standard warranty.

13. Disputes and Governing Law. These Official Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. Entrant waives any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages or attorneys' fees, and any claim is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter.

14. Severability. If any provision of these Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

15. Winner List. For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: The Home Bar Giveaway — Winner, Portrait Coffee LLC, 1065 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd, Suite 100, Atlanta, GA 30310, received within 60 days after the end of the Promotion Period.
