The Inspiration
Created in collaboration with Outkast, Stankonia celebrates Atlanta’s cultural impact and the freedom to make something that stands apart. This coffee is about honoring where we come from while pushing forward, just like the music that inspired it.
In the Cup
Stankonia brings together coffees from Rwanda and Colombia, blending experimental natural and washed processes for balance and depth. In the cup, expect crisp green apple and ripe strawberry sweetness, rounded out by a brown sugar finish. Roasted at a medium level, it’s versatile and shines as drip, pour over, or espresso.
This had a unique flavor, you definitely get the tart sharpness of green apple and the mellow caramel flavors of brown sugar. I wasn't sure about it at first, but it has definitely grown on me a lot! Definitely worth the buy (and the bag art is fantastic).

I really enjoy this coffee. Not enough to make me give up Toni, but it’s incredibly tasty and the green apple is absolutely present. Only issue: it needs to come in the bigger sizes! :)

Such a great roast!
I don’t typically write reviews, but this blend was so unique and so wonderful that I had to. I’m newer to the coffee scene and typically when they list the flavor notes, I sometimes can taste them but not usually. However, for this roast I could clearly taste the flavor notes and it was amazing! I was so blown away by how unique and flavorful it was and I am definitely going to be a repeat customer.
