About the Coffee: Our West Arsi Nensebo Natural Grade 2 coffee hails from Ethiopia's West Arsi Zone, specifically the Refisa kebele in the Nensebo woreda. This region's mountainous terrain and unique climate create ideal conditions for coffee cultivation. Our coffee is crafted by nearly 3,000 smallholder family farmers who deliver ripe cherries to the Tracon washing station, established in 2021. Here, traditional natural processing methods are employed: whole cherries are sun-dried on raised beds, ensuring a silky mouthfeel and vibrant flavors. In the cup, you can expect delightful notes of caramel, mango, and stone fruit.
