Phenomenal Espresso and delightful drip coffee

As a specialty coffee professional with over a decade of experience in the industry, I've come across more than a handful of truly stunning coffees. Amongst all these special process coffees, unique varietals, and uncountable espressos, there are only a few that have made a "god shot", the perfect balance of sweetness, acidity, complexity, and mouthfeel with minimal bitterness. This Congo is the easiest to pull that perfect shot with, and sits among my 5 best espressos of all time. It's one of the best drip coffees I've had in the last two years as well. Extremely well roasted, and consistent roasting, make this a staple at Syrup and Eggs in Chattanooga, and I can't say how much I love it. If you like fruity, juicy, dynamic coffees rather than roasty, nutty, rich coffees, you NEED this in your life!!!
