Portrait Coffee is the absolute best. We’ve been signed up for Portrait’s coffee subscription for almost 2 years now and love that we get to try all the different roasts and special releases through the subscription. Each one is amazing! The two week cycle is incredibly convenient. We have two people in the household who drink about 2 cups of coffee a day, so the biweekly delivery works out exactly well for us, we usually get a delivery right around when we're falling low on beans. We also love smelling the fresh beans when they get delivered, all the coffee we've received so far has smelled and tasted great.
How can I edit my coffee club subscription?
Can I select the bag sizes?
For our coffee club, the bag size is always 12 oz! We also carry 5 lb bags, seen under the specific bag you would like to purchase.
How long is my coffee good for?
For optimum taste, we recommend consumption 10 days to 4 weeks after the roast date.
When the shipments will be ready?
Coffee will be roasted on Wednesdays and shipped out the following day, Thursday.
Do you have a return policy?
If you find any issue with the packaging or coffee beans, please contact us immediately and our team will guide you through the whole return system.
You can return your items within 30 days of the shipment date, but please note that everything must be in the original condition.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can! You will always have a cancel subscription option on your order page. If you are unable to cancel your subscription, contact us and we will help you!
