How can I edit my coffee club subscription?

First, make sure you’ve created an account through our store. Then, sign in and click on “Manage Subscription” to make any edits to your membership including making any address and payment changes. 

Can I select the bag sizes?

For our coffee club, the bag size is always 12 oz! We also carry 5 lb bags, seen under the specific bag you would like to purchase.

How long is my coffee good for? 

For optimum taste, we recommend consumption 10 days to 4 weeks after the roast date.

When the shipments will be ready?

Coffee will be roasted on Wednesdays and shipped out the following day, Thursday.

Do you have a return policy?

If you find any issue with the packaging or coffee beans, please contact us immediately and our team will guide you through the whole return system. 


You can return your items within 30 days of the shipment date, but please note that everything must be in the original condition.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can! You will always have a cancel subscription option on your order page. If you are unable to cancel your subscription, contact us and we will help you!
