Smooth and tasty. I typically use pour over for my coffees and this has been delightful to try.
This Ethiopian Guji was out of this world. When I made it on a chemex, it felt so smooth and tasted like a sweet lemon tea but not floral at all. Once it cooled, I really felt the blueberry come through. It was wild. I loved it.
We were excited to try this coffee after all the hype, and in support of an Atlanta ministry. Unfortunately, it was over roasted and we were not able to drink it. We tried different grind settings (Espresso to pourover) and couldn't get a good cup. Love what they are doing, and hope for better lots in the future!
